Baltmore Comic Con is this weekend (8/28 thru 8/29)!

The hardest part about doing comic conventions is getting prepared for them. Before Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, Jay and I plan to spend all day Friday crossing the Ts and dotting the Is, but just because we're not quite ready doesn't mean you can't be...
Below is information about Baltimore Comic Con. However, as a bonus we've included a complete breakdown of DC Conspiracy exhibitor, what they are selling, and where they will be located inside the BCC 2010 floor.
You're certainly welcome.

The Magic Bullet Newspaper
Earlier this year the idea was presented that the DC Conspiracy would put out a newspaper filled with our comics. A newspaper? Filled with comics? In an era where comics are presented smaller and on handheld digital devices, presenting large format comics in a dying medium seemed like such an outdated model that we just had to go for it.
With the aesthetic that each artist would take advantage of the larger format, MAGIC BULLET was born.
Since the initial idea was first bandied about, at least a dozen other artist groups have put out their own newspapers, but ours is still quite awesome.
Featuring a cover by artist and designer extrordinaire Scott White.

Plastic Farm
Written and (mostly) drawn by Rafer Roberts, Plastic Farm follows the life of a man named Chester and his slow descent into complete insanity and chronicles how that madness reshapes the world around him. Chester has had a rough childhood, has a magic cowboy that rides a dinosaur living inside of his head, and is now, late in life, sitting in a nameless airport bar during a blizzard telling his life story to a group of people who really couldn't care less.

Oceanus Procellarum Book Two: Class of '63
"The hidden knowledge is that when a character first appears in the new narrative, he is in character and stays that way. However, when he encounters the truth in a story, he remembers where he came from. Where he was before, which other characters he had been. The fact that he was a character in the first place."
It was time for a change.
But how do you walk away from your job when your duties consist of chasing down rogue characters that have decided to wander from story to story?
The mood of the master narrative meant that people like the Class of '63 could only live in the outer edges of the solar system.
One day, a macguffin arrived in the shape of a legendary ship, carrying people from another story. And then things started happening.
It is said that when fiction comes calling, the Weapons of Devotion are never far behind.
Class of 63 is the second book in the Oceanus Procellarum series.

Greetings from The Bamn Crew

Amy O Neill Color 2.jpg
Hello. My name is Troy. I write words over pictures. I do this for a book called Bamn. It's about wrestling and it is a comic book. Two things I like very much.
The pictures I write over usually belong to a kid named Jay. Above is some of his art. Below is our website.
Be sure to say "hi" to us when you see us.
